SHIPPING & PROCESSING
At Mermaid Mobb Hair, we are committed to providing you with the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but the process of getting your product to you as well. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. Happy shopping!
STANDARD PROCESSING
We process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders must be placed by 12:30 pm EST to ship out the same day. No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays. All orders including those who have ordered with overnight shipping that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.
You can expect to receive your hair in 5-7 business days.
All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. Shipping & billing address must match cardholder or more than likely the order will be refunded immediately.
**In order to avoid any delays in shipping please provide matching shipping & billing addresses.
P.O. BOX
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
For International orders less than $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Mermaid Mobb Hair Co is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. However, for added peace of mind, we offer VIP Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you purchase Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you can file a claim directly with Route by following the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting their website at https://claims.route.com/.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION DISCLAIMER
We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.
If shipping protection is not purchased, any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
- Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
- We are not responsible for any delays, customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
- International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing times in the destination country.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance procedures in different countries.
- In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
