DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item has any signs of being worn; hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or tampered with in any way.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
